For the food program photoshoot at Sphere Las Vegas, I ran this project as the art director who elevated the dining experience beyond the plate for the venue. I curated mood boards to establish a sophisticated, high-end aesthetic, guiding the team toward a look that felt both premium and elevated. Through a balance of overhead and eye-level compositions, we captured the interplay of light, form, and texture, transforming each dish into a striking visual moment. On set, I worked with the photography team and food stylist, fine-tuning details to ensure every shot aligned with our vision. The final imagery became an integral part of the venue’s storytelling, seamlessly weaving into advertising, menus, and digital ordering platforms.
Part of the food photoshoot was to highlight members of food program along with the creation of the food. Focusing on the hands of the Executive Chef, we wanted to tell an intimate story of the food fabrication while capturing the energy of the new venue.
All items were taken on a decorated set and on a white seamless. The white seamless allows for the creative team to extract the food items and use them on a variety of different outlets.
The combination of stylized shots both in-situation and on a white seamless gives the creative team diversity in the types of photography that can be used for various advertising outlets.
